JCC Electronic transformation plan for cooperative services

A workshop on the electronic transformation plan for the services held by JCC in partnership with the International Labor Organization (ILO) , with the participation of representatives of official institutions and international organizations was opened. Haddadin said that the workshop is to develop JCC services in light of the outcomes of the Economic Modernization Vision and the Public Sector Development Plan adopted by the government on modernizing public administration in Jordan in implementation of the royal directives. JCC stressed its endeavor with its partners, especially the International Labor Organization, to achieve the royal visions of electronic transformation in order to serve the local community and the cooperative sector in a way that ensures the ease and smoothness of the work with all government institutions, and local and international partners . JCC with the support of the International Labor Organization, implemented the “Business Analysis to Map Cooperative Support Services and Statistical Database” project last year, based on preparing a comprehensive evaluation study on the electronic and digital transformation of all services provided by the JCC to clients, and re-engineering the procedures of the services provided for the purposes of electronic transformation . The ILO Project Coordinator, Al-Rawashdeh, said that the importance of this project lies in working to automate the services of the JCC in creating a statistical database for cooperative societies and pointed out the importance of electronic transformation in facilitating the services since it saves time and effort, adding that the International Labor Organization has implemented many projects with the JCC and other cooperatives all over the country . Sabeel Innovation Consulting and Information Technology Company displayed a presentation on the electronic transformation plan for the services.
